Historic Detroit

Every building in Detroit has a story — we're here to share it

Thomas Ladue House

The Thomas Ladue House, also known as the E. W. Meddaugh House, is located at 269 Edmund Place in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood. Designed by William Scott & Co. and completed in 1883, the residence is a fine example of late nineteenth-century residential architecture in one of the city’s most historically significant districts.
