The “Kappa Kastle,” located at 269 Erskine Street in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District, is a designated landmark acquired by the Detroit Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. on September 7, 1944. Built in 1905 and dedicated on April 15, 1945, the house has served for more than eight decades as a hub for community engagement, education, and civic leadership.
