The James E. Howard House at 710 Virginia Park Street was designed by Joseph E. Mills & Son for James E. Howard and built in 1908. The substantial Colonial-style brick residence is part of the Virginia Park Historic District. Originally built as a single-family home, it was later converted into a multi-family residence.
